  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
  • Ā½ cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries
  • Ā½ cup fresh spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp (or chia) seeds
  • Ā¼ medium avocado
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger (or Ā¼ tsp. dried ginger)

  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, blueberries, spinach, hemp seeds, avocado, and ginger in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
